Stan is upset when Deputy Director Bullock moves his desk to the men’s restroom to make way for a new Ping Pong table. He decides to get even by pursuing the American Dream of starting his own business, with a line of teddy bears related to the various holidays, which he calls “Cele-Bear-tions.” Trouble is, Stan can’t get them to the stores in time for any holiday.
Meanwhile, Steve is excited to find out that his band has been asked to perform at the Langley Falls Fourth of July festival, but he and his friends catch their drummer, Jerry (voiced by Iggy Pop) abusing drugs and kick him out of the band. Roger then tries out and becomes the band’s drummer, but quickly becomes annoyed with Steve and eventually persuades the others to kick him out. To add insult to injury, Roger books his band for the same Fourth of July festival, leaving Steve with a gig but no band to perform it with.
